I know people most often write reviews when they have had a bad exerience with a Company.  Anger, tends to give the customer energy.   I wanted to compliment the Logan Alamo group of people for doing a really good job with helping me get a car with no hassle, no extra expense, and with what seemed like genuine smiles.  

I am a senior woman and was travelling with my 85 year old friend.   i was very worried about getting from the airport to the car rental with baggage.  No problem.  The shuttle was there right away and the driver helped us with the bags.  There was no line-up to get the car.  I had pre-paid for the car but was offered upgrade without pressure.  Some I took..some I didn't. The car was wonderful...a Chev Impala that I swear ran on air not gas.   When I brought the car back to check in the man who handled that was there immediately. He gave me a slip and I was good to go.  "Amazing"
