Do Not rent a car from ALAMO cancun airport.  After I returned the car, paid the bill and closed my account, I returned to the US and two weeks later noticed an additional charge for 1,100 $ USD on my credit card. I called Alamo about this and they said they had no record of the charge and gave me the run around for two weeks while the charge went through.  I registered a complaint with ALAMO international who did absoulutely nothing except tell me there was no record of the charge.  They still did nothing after I sent them copies of my credit card bill and proved it.  I finally got the charge disputed through my bank and had the money returned to me, but with no help from Alamo. It was obvious to me that someone in the company was trying to steal my money and thats why they couldnt find any records of it. Im talking over 1,000 dollars here.
