I reserved an economy car for Friday night and my flight did not get in until 11 PM.  I understand it was late and there wasn't enough employees working to accomodate the passengers coming in to rent cars, but the line took at least 45 minutes.  But the worst part was that I did NOT get the gas efficient car I reserved.  The only cars left were minivans, HUGE SUVs.  There were also smaller defective cars parked in the lot which when I tried to leave the lot with (after 20 minutes of siting in line to exit), was told that it was defective, please choose another car from the lot. We spent altogether an hour and 30 minutes with Alamo, trying to check out a car.  It was a nightmare!
