I called  Alamo customer service to ask exact direction for the location from vegas airport because I heard it's very difficult to find, I was transferred to INDIA .. WTF  ? really , how someone from India would know directions ? I asked her to transfer me to the local  Vegas location, and  she keep telling me  she's going to help me, I repeated to her 3 times that I need the local Vegas  Alamo, she finally transferred me and waited and waited on the phone for about 20 min and  then was transferred back to INDIA AGAIN ....so I spent 2 hours of my life for what ?

ONE  QUESTION ..... ARE YOU GUYS OUT OF YOUR MIND ? REALLY ?  AND  DO YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO COME BACK TO ALAMO ? THINK AGAIN... AND  ON TOP OF THAT  I POSTED ON A PUBLIC  BLOG TO TELL MY FRIENDS HOW STUPID AND RETARDED THIS IS.

So since you guys outsource  to  India shouln't you have lower prices ? and  you pay the poor Indians so low ....   no wonder AMERICA is going down ...shame shame shame !!!!
