| Review of Alamo® Orlando Car Rental |
We booked a car from Alamo at Orlando Airport (which a itself a topic for full review) and planned to travel to several places in Florida. When staying in Ft. Lauderdale for two nights, we had a small accident with the rented car. We reported the damage at Alamo near us and got a reference number after they inspected the damage (it was nothing that would endanger us, just a minor problem so we continued to rent the same vehicle). Upon drop-off we gave the reference number to the official and they did all the paperwork without keeping us at the airport. I find this a very efficient way of dealing with accidents. |
