I booked a car with 24 hrs in advance, when we arrived to the office we were expecting to get a car right on time, they said we had to wait an hour maybe more, i couldn't understand why they don't have enough cars on that location as they let people book cars online saying they have the cars ready and they confirm their service, I never experienced this situation before when you make a reservation and you have to wait, the worst part is that I wasn't the only one, 4 other people were in line waiting for Alamo to give them a car, it was really infuriating, after half an hour of waiting i decided that Alamo does not deserve my bussines so I cancelled.
