not all VISA credit cards include car rental insurance - you have to check with your bank (or whoever issued your credit card) if your agreement includes also car rental insurance.
Another important point is, that even if your credit card includes car rental insurance, it's important to check your coverage limits and conditions - e.g. you have to use your credit card to pay for the car rental to activate your credit card car rental insurance coverage etc...
