Me and my girlfriend arrived to Alicante only to be told by Auriga Crown that our reservation got cancelled. We got no explanation and no other solution by Auriga Crown. In the end we found a car from another company that was 40% more expensive than our original booking. We spoke with another tourist from UK that had his reservation cancelled, they told him he got an e-mail that the reservation was cancelled which he says he didn't. In our case, they even didn't claim this. Avoid this company! |
