I want to relate another case of Auriga Crown having cancelled our valid reservation without prior warning. They didn't even send us an e-mail. It is exactly the same story that another reviewer described in Alicante - they seem to have a severe shortage of vehicles for some reason and don't offer any kind of compensation. We didn't have a problem to find another car hire in Murcia but we may have been lucky. It was still a hassle and we ended up paying more than was our original estimate... |
