We have just rented a car for a week from Auriga Crown in Palma, Majorca. 

• During the holiday we had a tyre blow-out late at night and were unable to change the tyre as it was 'locked' on
• The telephone line for assistance was permernantly unobtainable (luckily we were not far from the hotel)
• The following day the numbers for both booking and assistance were always unobtainable
• When the tyre was changed we were advised to return 1.5 hours to the airport and change the car ................AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK as we discovered that BOTH back tyres were totally BALD - yes!  Bald with the metal fibres from the insides showing through!!!  What the company had done was move old worn out / unbalanced tyres from the front to the back! 
• The company were RUDE, ARROGANT and unhelpful.  We will never again use them and suggest that unless you want to rent a mobile 'death trap' DO NOT use them.
• They even had the nerve to charge us 20 Euros for Air conditioning on return!!!!!

I can now see why there wasn't a queue at their counter in the airport. 

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS unless you wish to commit suicide!
