I am pleased to write this review simply because I had an emergency and needed a rental car while my car was being repaired, I did not have a major credit card  or a bank debit card all I had was a prepaid visa and no other car rental would accept the card even though my insurance company was paying for the rental, the person or people we dealt with waived all the deposits and allowed me to have a car for a week to get back and forth to work. Thank you Avis for helping me get through a horrible ordeal and thank you for being so courteous and friendly when I needed it the most. People tell you that the prepaid visa is accepted anywhere visa is accepted, that is a lie.
