Hello Im and US Air Force active duty sergeant and I went home for Christmas 2010 Dec 17- Jan 4. I just returned from Iraq in mid October 2010. Two extremely nice gentleman assisted me in getting a Santa Fe. I was with Dollar rental but the guy acted rudely when my flight arrived late and he didn't offer to take me to my rental from the airport. He said he was off duty and that I must take a cab. I found out that he went on break with a Budget driver and the guy didn't want to be bothered with me and my lost luggage. Two tall gentlemen who worked the night shift around 1130pm -130am. This was Dec 17th that I flew in and was headed to Louisiana. Thank you so much for listening and assisting. The driver of the shuttle was very kind and calling the guys to let them know I was coming to get a vehicle.
