I rented a car from AVIS at Durham Teeside airport, we agreed on a price for the rental, of course there is never anyone at the airport counter to receive the car, so I dropped the keys in the box, when the bill apeared on my Visa it was twice the agreed rate, todate Im still awaiting the receipt. |
