| Review of Avis® Tenerife Car Hire |
Avis in playa de las Americas have a very narrow parking space. Be sure to ALWAYS ask them to have the car parked on the street by them, before you leave. I did the mistake to trust them guiding me which resulted in a scratched bumper and a very unpleasant angry discussion after. They acted very rude, and I felt that this was normal procedure especially for customers not taking the full insurance. They shouted to me acted very unprofessionally, not in any way understanding that their action contributed to this incident. The bumper was by the way scratched before most likely due to the narrow parking place. |
