Hi,

I took a budget rental car on 18 june for 1 day from Cupertino,CA. I am a returning customer of budget rental. I had very good experience previosly when I hired budget rental from San jose. But this time , I chose Cupertino. It was all OK untill I reach to budget rental office on 19 th June 2011 to return the car. They screwed me almost what possiby way they can do. There was little shoe dirt on the mat, the lady at the counter  charged me 35$ for the same. Whereas in the contract it was mentioned excessive dirt ,grease,pet,smoking like that. But in my case there was nothing but with a little dirt. But still she carried on and charged me 35$. She showed so arrogance,just told once and here I see I got charged with 35 $ more. I was shocked.

I didn't understand , do they want the people to ride in their cars bared feet. 

Second, I asked her twice not to billed with the card which I gave for holding 200$ initially. I asked her that I will pay with other card. But still she charged me with that card as she was in hurry and they were short of staff. This again costed me more moeny. When I complained about that she said she couldn't remember. What a professional way !!!!

Seeing this unethical behavior, I need to think twice to book again from budget rental. Be aware guys, specially 10101 Wolfe road, cupertino aviss/budget office.
