For the luggage space we needed, we reserved a full-size car but when we arrived in Las Vegas, all they had to give us was a standard car that did not have enough luggage space. This was the first time that a car rental company downgraded my reservation. The Budget staff seemed unconcerned and even tried to argue that I did't need a full-size car. They were wrong and we had to travel with some of our luggage inside the car. Makes one wonder why we make a reservation in the first place, especially with Budget. Needless to say, I suggest another car rental company if you want to get what you reserved. |
