We rented a car from Budget at Miami airport. I have no complaints regarding the staff at the time we recieved our vehicle. Also, the car was clean and quite new, with only some minor damage to the front door which they marked and which was not a problem for us.

What was a problem - on the second day of our rental a small technical problem occurred. We tried to call the company but there was no human to talk to, only pre-recorded messages. We tried again. And again. To no avail. Finnally we gave up and continued to drive the car although we felt that our safety is compromised as a result. Budget offered no apology and we were politely but firmly refused when suggesting a small discount should be given.
