I reserved a Ford Explorer which has 3 rows of seats (for 7 passenger as said on their website). When I came there, the lady at the counter insisted that the Explorer only has 5 passengers and suggest that I switch to Ford Expedition to have 7 seats. So I agreed. Came to the parking, the Explorer there has 3 rows, 7 seats!!!!! |
