| Review of Budget® Orlando Car Rental |
I understand that renting a car at Orlando Airport is always a hassle. But this time, we were waiting at Budget's counter for more than two hours - I guess this is just too long by any standards. Then, they tried to upgrade us (for a fee, no free upgrade) as they didn't seem to have the car we ordered. When we refused, we were told we can get a full-size car as specified in our booking and tried to give us a vehicle that is actually a compact car, persuading us it is full-size. My wife made a fuss and in the end we got "free upgrade" which meant after 2 and 1/2 hours at the counter we finnally got what we ordered. Horrible experience. |
