Dollar Rent-A-Car is not a reputable company and I do not recommend to use it. Yes, their rates are low. But they try very hard to make for the difference by charging all kinds of extras and fees you did never order. My advice is to read carefully the smallprint, even if you tell their attendant you decline all the extras, insurance etc. This is exactly what happened to us at Anaheim Airport - obviously we were tired after many hours spend waiting for our flight and flying from East Coast so we trusted the man and signed without reading our contract.

Oh yes - and never expect them (customer service) to actually help you. That would be just too naive. We were told we signed the agreement and thats the proof we wanted the extras...
