There is only one person running the desk so lines form quickly first thing in the morning. We rented a car for the day to see some sights outside of Vegas. We returned the car promtly in the morning and I was there before the person running the desk even got there just to make sure I returned it on time. However, we just got our credit card statement and they charged us for an extra day due to the fact they (according to the customer service rep I spoke with) didn't check the car back in until 11:30. I did not get any documentation back from this person I returned my car from so I have no way of proving to them now that I did indeed return the car back when I did. If you do rent from them at this hotel, make sure you get something in writting stating when you returned the car. I think they must do this on purpose since people like us are trusting that someone can properly do their job. I am now waiting for a supervisor to call me back within 24 hours which I doubt will happen. Now they will deal with my credit card company. I give it one star because at least the car was decent.
