Never rent from Dollar at LAX or at least never pre-pay, they will give you their best cars they otherwise cannot rent, attendants are rude (chewing gum in front of us, impertinent), manager won't help you and their customer line is useless, absolutely the worst experience of all while renting a car. We had three different problems with the vehicle and guess what? We were told they have problems to buy new cars as Chrysler is bust! Told us this and similar bu***t so we left totally disgusted. And their shuttles leave with the longest frequency, you'll see two-three shuttles of any other company before theirs, if that helps.
