| Review on Enterprise® Boston Car Rental |
My body-shop has an arrangement with Enterprise to provide replacement cars to its customers. The level of service at Enterprise is second to none and their car was very similar to my Ford, just newer. The problems came when I lost my key. They gave me no spare key and I was told I will have to pay something in the range of $250 to $380. It was $340 in the end, the locksmith came on the next day. Several days after I returned the car, I found the key. Unteli now (2 months) I'm trying to reach someone who can help me with at least partial refund. I wrote 3 e-mails to Enterprise and spoke to both the local branch and their HQ customer service. I was told twice this will be dealt with quickly but they never called me back. |
