I had a nasty accident last week and had to leave my car in the body shop for a period of few weeks. I'm using the Gold Coast Auto Body and was told there is an Enterprise branch just next to them. I can't really compare their service to another company as I don't rent cars often (in fact this was my first time except for one vacation when I just accompanied my BF) but I felt the guys were doing a great job. They do give you a feeling you are taken care for even without any VIP membership, gold cards etc. I didn't like the first car I got and had it replaced immediatelly. Perfect customer service, and really efficient. |
