I rented an SUV with enterprise downtown and when I arrived at the facility, the customer service representative Alex Moller was very generous and extremely nice to me. He informed me of all of the policies of Enterprise, he even held a conversation with my husband about sports. He was like our long lost best friend! I am thankful that there are still people like Alex who treat people with respect and kindness. I will always rent with Enterprise because of him and his hospitality! |
