OK, so I had this horrible accident when a small truck completely damaged the rear part of my Honda (his fault, and a good luck for me he was insured) and I was told by my auto body shop this can be repaired but it will take like one month, I was like what? you must be kidding, I'm totally dependent on my car...but they told me don't worry you get a similar one from Enterprise (looks like their preferred partner).

The guy from Enterprise picked me up in my place, drove me to their offices, I got a really nice and new car that I really like now and consider buying after I sell the old Honda. In the end it took less than one month and - hey, I have to admitt I was kind of sorry to return this nice car. They drove me home from their office again, now this is what I call customer care. And the best thing was it was all covered by my insurance policy.
