I have recently had a bad experience with Enterprise in LA - the car we ordered was not available, neither was an alternative in  that category, we ordered a mustang and that did not materialize neither did the alternative. They instead offered us a big Chrysler for the same price which was a wreck and undriveable. We returned this and got a Ford Focus, which they said was a premium car, I argued this and got the price reduced as this is NOT A PREMIUM CAR in anybody's eyes. They did not change the price on return and I had to argue my point again. I would never use them again, they lied to me stating that the mustang would be here soon and it never materialized nor the sunbeam in the 10 days we were in california. BEWARE of the unprofessional nature of Enterprise.
