I made reservation for a week's car rental in San Diego while I was on vacation.  It had mixed reviews on other sites so I wasn't sure of what I expected.  I could not have been more satisfied.

I got  into the airport and waited about 7 minutes for the shuttle.   The driver answered any questions I had and reminded me  of the cell phone laws and driving.  When I got to the office, it was during the week and was not crowded, so I did not have to wait.  The whole experience was smooth and quick.  He took my confirmation number, plugged everything in, took my credit card and license, and answered any questions of the area that I had.  He gave me a great map of the area which showed how to get on and off I-5, which was super easy. it also showed the gas stations in the area to fill up before I returned it.

When we got outside, I had a choice of any car in the class I had reserved. I chose the Impala which I was very happy with.   We did the usual inspection of the car and found nothing.   He offered the usual add on's of insurance and the pre gas fill up, but, since I had bought insurance beforehand, I declined and that was that.  There was no hard sell.  He started the car for me and started the air conditioning, showed me anything I was unsure of, and off I went.  The directions were fine.

the day I returned it was just as smooth.  I found the gas station with no problem and pulled into the return lot.  the nice young man looked at the car, found no problem with it, and charged my credit card for the exact amount I expected.   He then gave me as much time as I needed to clean out the car and made sure I didn't forget anything. 

The shuttle was right there to take me back to the airport.  I will definitley be returning to this Enterprise the next time I need a car in San Diego. I was very happy with the whole experience.
