I rented a car with Enterprise several times when my car was broken during the last few years. The service back home was always great and with this good experience I trusted the company and rented my car at Washington, DC Airport from them. The fist car I got (an SUV) was completely dirty, with stains on the seats, dust even pieces of pop-corn on the floor. After I complained, they apologized and I was given another, similar vehicle. Now, the car was clearly smelling of cigarettes. I'm a non-smoker and I'm really sensitive to the smell. They gave me another car again. I left, and later on (some 40 miles away) I realized the child seat I got (I still didn't use it, my husband & daughter were supposed to meet me on the next day) was completely dirty too. I didn't say a word when dropping the car and I obviously didn't come back to get another child-seat. But it is something they should be more careful about.
