I hired a Hyundai IX 35 in August 2011 and elected to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. I did this and made sure that the vehicle was checked off on return. Particular attention was paid to the fuel and any damage 2 days later on checking my credit card account I saw a charge for 143 euro had appeared. It took 8 phone calls over 7 days to resolve this with customer service, who had advised me the charge was for fuel. A long drawn out process. Definitely would not recommend. John Walker |
