I want to inform everyone about the situation with Europcar at Lisbon Airport. We arrived to Portugal and wanted to pick up our car (we had a valid, confirmed order). We were waiting for a long time, I guess not less than one hour and in the end the official told us there is a problem with our reservation and we have to wait. We obviously got angry: wait for what, aren't we already waiting for not less than hour. But they didn't offer any explanation and in some 15 minutes told us to come back in two hours as they have no cars ready. We wanted to talk to the manager but to no avail. After another 2 and 1/2 hours we got the vehicle, which was by the way fine, but no upgrade and no apology.
