Reservation made for "Standard" SUV in Denver.  When we went to pick up the car they said their SUV's are front wheel drive not 4 wheel drive.  In my reservation I specifically requested 4 wheel drive.  Who ever heard of an SUV in the Rockies not having 4 wheel drive?

The first car had a tire pressure light on.  Then they send you out to find your own car with the remote.  We walked the whole lot in pitch blackness (they have no lights) in 15 degree weather trying to find a car that would respond to the alarm button on the remote.  Finally someone came and couldn't find it either.

Then they gave us car #3 which seemed ok until we drove away.  The rotors on the brakes were so warped that the brake pedal vibrated up and down every time brakes were applied.  We decided since it was late at night to take it anyway.

They sent us over to get the car inspected for damage but their portable light was out being charged so we couldn't see it anyway.

Just tried getting through to their customer service dept and sat on hold for almost 30 minutes and was put into a message center and then disconnected.
