I was in Los Angeles during the month of June 2011.  I rented a car on Tuesday and found out on Friday it was having some problems.  I took that vehicle back and was given an SUV.  After driving that vehicle on the freeway for about an hour later it started to shack when trying to stop.

Went back and got the third vehicle and it was fine.  They then credited me one day for all the troubles.  But on Saturday when I was leaving they could not close my account due to some problems with the computer system or miss my flight.

I left and when I got my credit card Fox had charged me $108.00 instead of the $41.68.  I proceeded to call them but was on hold for 15 minutes, then got an answere service requesting I leave my number which I did.  That was a week ago and no one returned my call.  Their customer service is rude.  I have rented plented of cars but nothing like this has ever happened to me in my life.

DON'T RENT A CAR FOR THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO PUT UP $150.00 ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.  THEY ARE A RIP OFF!
