I thought I would share my recent experience with Fox Rent a Car in Phoenix.  I picked up a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, and after arriving at my destination 2 hours later, tried to fold down the roof, and found a rod in the roof mechanism was broken.  I immediately called the office, and was told to bring it back in the morning and they would replace the vehicle.  Two weeks later we returned the vehicle.  @ days after getting home we were informed that there was a claim against us for the damaged roof.  Although I have explained the situation to them, they have forwarded the matter to a third party claims management firm, and told me to deal with them.  I am still trying to resolve this issue, but I would STRONGLY caution everyone to think twice about booking with FOX.
