My daughter picked up a car at the San Francisco Airport. I paid the base rental with my credit card over the phone. Then I was told they would hold $250 of her money in her debit card. My daughter was told at the check in desk that they would hold $250 of her debit card. They charged $505!! Now she is in Long Beach on the weekend with no money. Thank you Fox. NEVER AGAIN!! They can't help me until Monday. So much for her weekend! Don't rent from them! |
