| Review of Hertz® Denver Car Rental |
Arrived at Hertz DIA after making my reservation 10 days in advance. I was told they didn't have my car and they could give me a subcompact but I would have to wait 2 hours there before I could get it. I requested an upgrade at the price of the rental agreement and they would not rent to me at that price, even though they didn't have the car on the lot. DON'T RENT AT HERTZ DIA. There were other customers there having the same problem. |
