| Review on Hertz® Denver Car Rental |
I would like to share my experience with Hertz at Weldon st. in Denver. This is somewhat of a "basic version" of Hertz, with no extras and advantages this company usually offers. It came as a surprise to me as I thought large car rentals are or should be all the same within one chain. They apparently aren't. For instance, I'm a Gold Member but this didn't help me at all. The staff was very nice but they seem not very well trained. All in all a good experience as I don't really have a reason to complain - a good rent-a-car, just not Hertz as I know it. |
