| Review of Hertz® Edinburgh Car Hire |
I'm not a person inclined to complaining and so far, I had no reason to complain about Hertz services. However, the attitude we got from their attendant at Edinburgh Airport was shocking. It was late in the ight and she was apparently frustrated about going home late, as she told us. Her behaviour was a clear sign of complete lack of customer-care-training on the side of Hertz, or her total disdain for a client, or possibly both. In the end, we got our car and the rest of our trip was fine, and this is the only reason I give Hertz two stars instead of none. |
