| Review of Hertz® London Car Rental |
Rented a car at Hertz Russell Square / St. Pancreas for two days last month. Apparently seeing that I was in a hurry, they tacked an upgrade charge on my bill that doubled the cost. I was not offered or given an upgrade, and surely would never agree to DOUBLING my cost for one. Since I signed the bill, they refuse to refund the cost. I had spent over $600 on Hertz rentals in the previous two months. For the quick profit of $70, they have lost a customer for life. Do not rent from this location, or if you do, be vigilant and expect the worst. |
