we were very happy with Hertz at LAX - friendly and smiling staff, nice car, the car pick up was fast (we had to wait about 10 minutes during the car return, but it was OK with us). No unpleasant surprises - price and all extras as steted in our contract. I wish all our car rentals were like this one. |
