| Review of Hertz® Manchester Car Rental |
I like to think that my experience is not a tactic by Hertz to rip off customers, but it has now happened on 3 consecutive rentals. I return the car on time, then when I check the final invoice I have been charged for an extra day, as their paperwork is not done until later in the day. I never have any trouble getting a refund, but it has become very irritating. Just a warning to any Hertz users at Manchester Airport - check your final invoice (you can get it from their website) no matter whether your rental is prepaid or not. |
