I recently had THE worst customer service I have ever experienced at the hands of the staff at Hertz South Yarra.

Not only was my vehicle not ready on time, causing me to have to delay pickup till the following day,  but when I did pick up I was served by an underling who didn't even greet me but gruffly said "Drivers Licence!  Credit Card!". Then he laid them out for the manager.

On returning , the service was even worse.  I returned the car promptly at their opening time but they didn't open the gates for me;  so I parked up on their drivedway, and was rudely told to "park the car".  And the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, with no handtowels either at the basin.

I will never use Hertz again!
