we have arrived to Miami airport late at night, our luggage was lost, we were very tired and had to pick up our car from Hertz. We have used the shuttle to Hertz, the driver was very helpful and took us and two other people to the rental office. We were lucky, there were just 4 other people waiting, the paper work and pick up procedure took about 20 minutes - I checked the car carefully, took photos from all sides of the car - just to make sure there will not be any disputes on car return. The car was good, we did not have any problems. Return procedure took about 10 minutes waiting and 5 minutes car check. |
