| Review of Hertz® Orlando Car Rental |
Hertz at Orlando airport has possibly the best service of all the car rentals there, but their hard-sell methods suck. The representative will try to sell you any possible extra, from expensive gasoline to useless (at least in my case) insurance. We took a nice car and had a small accident which they handled very efficiently. The replacement car was in perfect condition too and their customer service not only available at 2am but also dealing with the problem fast. It's just that their reps get paid according to what extras they sell, and trust me they do try hard! |
