I had a really unpleasant experience at Orlando Airport with the Hertz company. After a long waiting and tired from the flight and all the hassle at the airport we got a car with no time left to inspect it properly. Upon drop off we were told there is a scratch on the rear bumper that we caused. We were absolutely sure we didn't hit any object and didn't park at any place someone could possibly cause the scratch and pointed to the fact we were not given a chance to check the car properly in the first place. This was not received well at Hertz and they told us there is nothing they could do and charged our credit card with $250 although we were insured (but we would need extra insurance to cover this).
