Is there a drop off charge in Texas for car rentals?
Most car rental companies charge one way fee in Texas, but there are some which do not (or this is already included in the quoted price) - e.g. Hertz and Budget do not charge one way fee if your pick up and drop off locations are within Texas - for example if you pick up your rental car in Austin and drop off in Houston, there should not be one way fee applied from Budget or Hertz.
But if you rent a car for example in Las Vegas, Nevada and want to drop it off in Dallas, Texas - then there would be one way charges even from Budget or Hertz.
