Fox rent a car Las Vegas

I see that Fox rent-a-car has the best prices. Can you tell me if they are legitimate and reliable?  Last year we used Herz. There was a long, long line (none at the other desks.) Then they talked us into adding on $400 worth of extra insurance (won’t fall for that again.) thanks.

Hi Deb, Fox is legitimate car rental company, they usually have low car rental rates, BUT - if you do not have your own car rental insurance - e.g. credit card car rental insurance or your auto insurance policy does not cover car rental, then it might be quite expensive, as the insurance from the car rental desk can easily double your basic rental price (and driving without proper insurance in Las Vegas can be even more costly). So, if you need just plain car rental rate, then Fox might be good option, but you if you need anything extra - like insurance included - then you will probably find cheaper deals somewhere else.

Regarding waiting to get your car - Las Vegas is one of the busiest car rental places and if you read Las Vegas car rental reviews, then you will learn, that people experience long waiting at almost every car rental company - it all depends on your arrival time, season and luck... The best is to be prepared for waiting and you may be be pleasantly surprised if all goes fast.
