I have rented the car form National\ALAMO LUTON UK air port for one day .

We received the car after midnight in dark place and use it for less than 16 hours.

When we return the car the guy that checked it found in less than 10 second that there was a 1mm dot on the front windshield under the wiper.

It was around 18:00 and no supervisor was that we could talk with and the lady that serve us was not very nice.

No way anyone could find this dot spot so fast , after finding this spot the guy didn't continue to check the car. It look like he knew where to find the defect.

We feel that we have being fraud. it is a system to take money from customers that didn't take the full insurance.

I must say that this incident left us with bad taste and destroyed our first day in UK.

I have contact National\ALAMO web service and receive repudiation reply.

I will never use National\ALAMO again.
