If you have kids, or a pet, or show any soil or dirt or hair in the car at all, they will charge you a fee to have THE ENTIRE CAR DETAILED. These guys are [edited] and no one should have anything to do with them -- ever! Go to HERTZ -- they are one block away on 13th between 5th Avenue and University Place. They have class. They do not charge you to have their cars detailed if you get them dirty or if you have a pet in them. We all pay enough to rent a car for one night. The least it should include is cleaning. |
