I rent a car for one day to drive 50 KM. When I return the car in same good drive condition The National car (Ottawa intl Airport) service rep charges me a damage for a scratch inside the wheel wall. The reason is I did not mark the scrtch when I pick up the car. That is rediculous. No one escorts me to inspect the car when I pick it up and they expect me to x-ray all sratches and damages which can not be found from exterior check.

After two weeks I received a damage report to pay for $2000 to repair the sub-frame. Sub-frame is under the bottom of car. How can I inspect it and this car already has 25000KM on the road. They seems to take advantage of car renters in airport location since they need to catch their flight and cannot really stay there to fight with nonsense dispute.

I call the rental car location and customer care and received very negative manners to what they did for me. It is a very irresponsible company. I will not give them any business. Watch out for you. You could be next victim.
